Tap

Tap will help students develop rhythm, style, and sound in the classroom. Students will learn the history and styles of tap dance. There are two major variations of tap dance, rhythm (jazz) tap and Broadway tap. Broadway tap focuses on dance; it is widely performed in musical theater. Rhythm tap focuses on musicality. Both variations will be explored in all levels of tap.
